How could still be hungry? I've eaten so much.?
I through on a diet and have already spent over my calorie limit … that is 1500. I to 130 pounds and 5'5, Male 19 years old. I want to lose 10-15 pounds. I've done it before, but for some reason, I am having problems with my willpower present at all times. Last week I worked out every day for an hour, except Saturdays and Sundays, and Monday I did it for 2 hours to do. Yesterday was too tired to go and I ate a lot. I think there were about 1800 calories. Today I'm not eating more, drinking water and only go to the gym for 2 hours. Need lose this weight. Perhaps another reason I'm so hungry is because my period is coming next week. Whatever .. how can I stop this urge to eat? And how my willpower COE is so low at this time? I remember being in the same position last year excat and yet I continued my exercise routine and eating routine because I really wanted to lose weight. It's like my motivation is gone.
if hunger after eating, there must be something wrong with the food eat. when you eat, it raises the level of blood sugar. If your bloodsugar rises too fast, you feel bloated, drowsiness, fatigue and crabbit. as it reduces hunger and more crabbit: (It's a cycle vicius. bloodsugar if persistently elevated, can lead to insulin resistance, which can cause obesity and diabetes. if you lower blood sugar, can reverse insulin resistance and lose weight carbohydrates raise your blood sugar level in blood exrteamly quickly, within minutes. would undoubtedly have heard how all ect grains are better for you, and are digested more slowley. which are, in one or two miniutes later than other proteins carbohydrates can increase the level of blood sugar and to eat enough. OMLETTE one (2 or 4 eggs) probably will not have any impact on your blood sugar level blood, but a 5Kg game, it is likely that fats, vitamins and minerals you have absolutely no impact on their bloodsugar all rather than counting calories, try monitering their level of blood sugar to 3 / 4 months, I'm sure you'll see a big improvement.
